In my last blog, I promised
to tackle the issue as to why the sugar-cancer link is not being publicized,
but before I do that I just wanted to post a list of symptoms of sugar shock.
Please bear in mind that this list is not comprehensive. It is simply a list of

Some of these do seem very
general and could also be caused by other things, but already many of these
have symptoms have disappeared since I reduced my sugar intake, however some
symptoms remain. Soon, I think, I will completely eliminate sugar for 1 month
as a trial to see how my body responds. Pretty much my only indulgence is in
alcohol though, so that just means I’ll quit drinking for a month :-P
Aside from a few remaining
symptoms though, I felt significantly better within 1 week of eliminating sugar
from my diet, so if you suffer from a majority of the symptoms above as I did,
or even just a few, you might want to try cutting out the sugar just for 1 week
or 2 to see how you feel.
Please also share this with anyone you feel might find it interesting or
useful. And as always, please share any thoughts, advice, or questions you
might have!
Ciao,
Heather
